Please read the following points carefully as use of our website and purchase of products by you means that you agree to them.
Shopping with BPC Ventilation & BPC Vacuum
- You can order products displayed on this website online, by telephoning your order through to us or by printing the order and sending it through to us.
- If you have placed your order on-line, we will quickly send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. The email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order.
- Our prices are shown on our website.
- We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but we will need to validate the price before we process your order. We also aim to display items which are in stock, as of the date shown, and which can be dispatched to you quickly. If we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.
- You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically to addresses in the UK and Ireland before you submit you are passed to Paypal for processing of your order. For orders for offshore island, coutries outside the UK and Ireland and where the total weight is larger than 10kg, the customer will be contacted and given a quote for carriage.
- To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit card details will be encrypted on the Paypal website to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read your details as they are sent to us over the internet.
- The prices displayed on our web site are in British pounds. The total amount will be charged to your credit card in British pounds.
- We currently debit money from your account within one working day after we have received your order.
- Returned items should be sent to

- Items returned and received in their original condition and packaging within 5 working days will be accepted for exchange or refund subject to a 20% restocking fee. In this case, the carriage cost will be the responsible of the customer. A proof of posting should be received.
- Where items received are found to be faulty, the customer should contact BPC within 5 working days of receiving the item. BPC will cover the original postage cost and the cost of the return for the product in this case. A proof of posting should be received.
- We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control.
- We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong.
- We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. Because of the nature of the Internet, the shopping online service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.
- This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

- BPC offer free delivery on all goods over £200. Orders less than £200, a delivery charge depending on quantity and size will be chargeable. All of the above refers to mainland UK(excluding offshore islands) and North and South Ireland.
